30-DAY RETURNS on unopened products
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unopened product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
How to Return
- Contact us at info@shopglaciara.com with your order number.
- We'll provide a return shipping label and instructions.
- Ship the product back in its original packaging.
- Refund processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.
Please note: Opened products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, but we're happy to assist with any concerns.
For damaged or defective items, contact us immediately and we'll arrange a replacement.
Adverse Reactions
If you experience an adverse reaction to any Glaciara product, please contact info@shopglaciara.com. We offer flexible resolution regardless of the return window.
