The Services are operated by Glaciara (“Glaciara,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility and Use of the Services

You must be at least the age of majority in your state of residence to use the Services and make a purchase. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

We may refuse service, suspend access, or cancel orders at our discretion to the extent permitted by law.

3. Product Information and Important Disclaimers

We aim to display product descriptions, ingredients, and usage guidance as accurately as possible. However:

  • Natural variations: Our products may vary slightly in color, texture, or scent due to natural ingredients and batch-to-batch variation. This does not necessarily indicate a defect.
  • For cosmetic use only: Our products are intended for cosmetic use and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

  • Patch test recommended: Skin can react unpredictably. We recommend patch testing before first use and discontinuing use if irritation occurs.

4. Allergen and Sensitivity Notice

Our products may contain ingredients that can cause allergic reactions or sensitivity in some individuals.

  • Please review the ingredient list on each product page before purchasing and using.
  • Sweet Almond Oil allergen: Our Vitamin C Serum contains Sweet Almond Oil (almond-derived). If you have a nut allergy (including almond allergy) or sensitivity to nut oils, do not use this product.
  • If you experience redness, itching, swelling, blistering, or discomfort, discontinue use and seek medical advice.

5. Orders, Acceptance, and Cancellations

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We may accept, reject, or limit any order for any reason to the extent permitted by law, including suspected fraud, unauthorized or illegal activity, or errors in product or pricing information.

Order confirmation emails acknowledge receipt of your order but do not constitute acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we process your payment and confirm shipment.

If you need to request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at info@shopglaciara.com. We cannot guarantee cancellations once an order is in processing or shipped.

6. Pricing, Currency, Taxes, and Promotions

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Prices, availability, and promotions may change without notice.

You are responsible for applicable sales tax and any other charges that may apply to your order. Promotional offers may have additional terms and may be limited in time, quantity, or eligibility.

We use third-party payment processors (such as Shopify Payments and other supported providers). By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge the total amount of your order, including shipping and applicable taxes.

8. Shipping

We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.

  • Standard and expedited shipping options available — rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and order details
  • Free standard shipping on orders over $65

9. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Please review it before purchasing.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

All content on the Site—including text, product names, logos, trademarks, designs, images, videos, graphics, and Site functionality—is owned by or licensed to Glaciara and is protected by intellectual property laws.

To the extent a dispute is permitted to be brought in court, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you waive any objection to such venue.

  • No waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver.
